How do I return an item?
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
An original receipt dated within thirty (30) days of the purchase is required for return/exchange of Gymnacks.com merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment, or Gymnacks.com will issue a Gymnacks.com Gift Certificate, at the customer's
choice. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been worn and/or washed. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. Please be aware that customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure the package and ship
via a traceable method. Personalized items cannot be returned.
